Review: Late Shift

What is it?

Late Shift is an FMV experience, offering a a bare minimum of two options at decision points. Despite its minimalist design, the story proved to be enjoyable during my playthrough.

However, the lack of skip options for previously watched scenes makes completing all paths a time-consuming task, so just watch the alternative endings on YouTube.

Minor Bug

Additionally, I encountered a bug on the Steam Deck where scenes flickered during transitions.

Finally

While the initial playthrough was enjoyable, the game's barebones and poorly designed elements make subsequent playthroughs less appealing, which resorted towards even more passive viewing on YouTube for the alternative paths.
